Empowering the Saints in Manhood, Maturity, Mission, Message, Ministry, Momentum, Manifestation, and Movement – From Church to Kingdom

By Apostle Tim Early

“And the SPIRIT of the LORD shall rest upon Him, the SPIRIT of wisdom and [the SPIRIT of] understanding, the SPIRIT of counsel and [the SPIRIT of] might, the SPIRIT of knowledge and [the SPIRIT] of the fear of the LORD. And shall make Him of quick [1 Corinthians 15:45 – vitalize; Ephesians 2:5 – to reanimate conjointly] understanding [Proverbs 3:13; 4:7] in the fear [reverence] of the LORD [Proverbs 1:7; 2:5; 8:13; 9:10; 10:27;14:26: 15:33; 19:23]: and He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of His ears.” (Isaiah 11:2-3).

Throughout history the number “7” held {and still holds} a significant and relevantly important meaning in the hearts of God’s people everywhere, even in many everyday opened minded individuals of today’s world.

“7” is regarded as having the meaning of “perfection, completion, and fulfillment {fullness},” and is evident throughout the entire scriptures. “7,” in present truth meaning, is more than just a number, and much more than just a casual or occasional conversation piece. It holds a much loftier purpose and much higher esteem then the most educated guessing of the conventional world. It is a divinely coded message to the mysteries of the Kingdom and the revelation of HIS will.

For a mystery appears unto many as “knowledge withheld,” and a revelation as “knowledge revealed.” The mysteries of the Kingdom is not to imply that the Word of God is something merely ethereal, or out of reach. Rather, that in discovering the depths {The DEEP things of GOD} of the Person of the Holy Spirit, we find that there is an undiscovered country, and so much more that awaits us. 1 Corinthians 2:9-16; Romans 11:33; Deuteronomy 29:29; Psalms 42:7; 2 Corinthians 12:1-4; Colossians 2:3;

In Proverbs 25:2,

“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.”

Here, you find both the principles of mystery and revelation. It is a mystery in that it is a place that requires our spirit, mind, and imagination to enter in by the invitation of HIS Spirit. It becomes revelation in that it reveals the intimate and spiritual knowledge of that which the Spirit initiates our understanding into. From here knowledge apparently withheld becomes knowledge now revealed. But some may argue that, “No Good Thing Will He Withhold From Them That Walk Uprightly” – Psalms 84:11.

Truth is the Father places a premium on seeking after Him. Some call it “God Chasing,” and others call it “God Chastening,” smile. However you care to admit this, the Lord places a demand on the principle of seeking after Him. There is something significant in pursuing ALL of HIM, as He intentionally hides Himself for a season, only for you and me to press in. He is, in a sense, a God of hide and seek, in the intimate sense, veiled to an extent, but revealed to those of His timing and choosing. He is gracious to whom gracious and merciful to whom merciful. He appears and reappears at His own choosing. He sets the stage for us to eat at the banqueting table, but then fewer it seems, make it into the King’s chamber. Ah!

In this moment of discussion, we will not exhaust the meaning of the number “7” nor indicate the many references and facets thereof. Rather, we want to point out that the principle of number “7” is simply a way of life, as recorded in Isaiah 11:2.

Here, the 7-fold dimension of the Spirit, has found a resting-place, a place of continual abiding, moving us from visitation to habitation. Here, “7” reveals the nature of the Spirit at work in bringing us into HIS fullness. Here, “7” is the maturation of each son of God, the process of God in Christ becoming ALL in ALL.

“So teach us to NUMBER our days, that we may apply our hearts unto WISDOM.” (Psalms 90:12).

Our spiritual and ministry son … Victor Harris, recording artist, Kingdom teacher, and entrepreneur for many years conversed yesterday in fellowship of this scripture, and he intimated the power of numbers or numerics to me. He even added the significance of 10 numbers being the basis of all numbers, 0-9, and 12 tunes {via, 12 apostles, 12 tribes of Israel} being the basis of all music {muse}. From here we further conversed the power of 12, and 10, and in Revelation 12:10 there is a lot of power-packed punch in combining these numbers together. Take for example, 30, 60, 100 fold. The Holy of Holies being the 100-fold dimension of His unlimited glory. If one is migrating and dimensionally shifting from 2nd day {holy place} to 3rd day {most holy place}, then 60 from 100 leaves you with 40. Forty {40} is a number often esteemed and for many, exclusively, as meaning tests and trials, and there is a major truth to this. However, 40 also implies a sense of generation, or perhaps a re-generation, as Psalms 24:6 says

“This is the generation [or regeneration] that seeks the Lord, that seeks HIS face …”

When you move from 60 to 100, you are moving into another generation … a 3rd Day, A Christ Encounter of the THIRD Kind!

As we now examine briefly Isaiah 11:2, let us compare to Proverbs 9:1

In Proverbs 9:1,

“Wisdom has built her house, and has cut down “7” pillars.”

These 7 pillars are none other than the 7-fold Spirit of God in Isaiah 11:2. In essence, this is the house, which the Lord has built!

In Proverbs 9:2, Wisdom has killed her beasts {man’s best becomes man’s beast} or has slain {our} SACRED COWS, the things that we religiously ascribe worth and hold veneration or deep respect to. Wisdom has prepared the table for us to eat {Psalms 23:5; John 4:32}.

She has sent forth the call to the simple, the silly, seducible, and foolish ones {Proverbs 1:22}. Wisdom invites the simple to turn into THIS direction, to those who are lacking, void, and destitute in understanding. In verses 5 through 6 she says “Come, eat of my bread and drink of my wine” {Melchisedec}, forsake the foolish {silly – seducible} and LIVE, and go in the way of understanding. Wisdom is calling us out of the foolishness of simplicity, an outer court mentality that is reluctant or refuses to grow up, or is abashed at the brightness of HIS coming from the Most Holy Place …

Now, since the 7 Pillars are the 7-fold Spirit of God, it is of further understanding that this is the Lord’s work in building us with the prescribed and choicest and chief dimensions for our maturity, progression, and the apprehension and seizing {not seizures} of our destiny, as recorded in Isaiah 11:2 … It is here that the process of development begins with HIS Lordship, and consummates in HIS LORDSHIP.

1 – The Spirit of the Lord [Heb: ‘(The) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God:–Jehovah, the Lord’]: THE PRESENCE/GLORY OF GOD – wind and breath – shall rest {settle down, dwell, stay} upon him … [Heb: ‘Wind; by resemblance breath, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; figuratively life, anger, insubstantiality; by extension a region of the sky; by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being (including its expression and functions):–air, anger, blast, breath, × cool, courage, mind, × quarter, × side, + spiritual, tempest, × vain, wind, + whirlwind, windy’] {Read Luke 4:18} It all starts here, beloved … Liken this to an Open Heavens {Melchisedec, Abraham, Jesus, Paul, Moses, Elijah-Elisha, Peter, you …}

And Pharaoh said unto his servants,

“Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?” (Genesis 41:38).

“But the Spirit of the Lord came upon Gideon, and he blew a trumpet …” (Judges 6:34).

“And the Spirit of the Lord came upon him [Samson], and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil …” (Judges 14:19).

“And the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward …” (1 Samuel 16:13).

2 – The spirit of wisdom – the spirit of skill {skillful} and wit [Heb: ‘to be wise (in mind, word or act):–× exceeding, teach wisdom, be wise, make self wise, show self wise, deal wisely, never so wisely, make wiser. Wisdom (in a good sense):–skillful, wisdom, wisely, wit’] THE APOSTOLIC SPIRIT OF GOD: This level of wisdom is exploding into {and IN-through} the lives of many in the marketplace. This dimension of wisdom is far-reaching into the social economic structures today, becoming creative knowledge in business, entrepreneurship and witty inventions. To limit wisdom to church experiences is to lack wisdom altogether. Wisdom is the principal thing, and is not confined to institutional church thinking. The meaning of church must change into a radical shifting in order to reform the nations. Wisdom is not a Christian ideal, and wisdom does not necessarily speak christianese.

Wisdom is crying in the streets and in the marketplace, and is becoming a genuine {genes, genius, genealogies} and relevant-revolutionary expression for a much broader audience. Wisdom has become an expanded operation in the social streams of life, and is giving skill and input in reaching countless many, and in the advancing of the Kingdom. We may have to challenge our idol gods of what witness and ministry really is. There are other venues and vehicles of expression by which the Kingdom is becoming transparent and with substance. For the Kingdom is not exclusive to church. The Kingdom produces the church …

“And you shall speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom …” (Ex. 28:3).

“And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship. To devise cunning [artful] works, to work in gold, silver, and in brass. And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.” (Ex. 31:3-5).

“And Joshua the son of Nun [not none, hahahaha] was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him.” (Deuteronomy 34:9) … Ah, the laying on of hands, and the stirring of wisdom … 2 Timothy 1:6 … Numbers 11

3 – The spirit of understanding – the spirit to separate mentally and to distinguish [Heb: ‘Understanding:–knowledge, meaning, × perfectly, understanding, wisdom. To separate mentally (or distinguish), i.e. (generally) understand:–attend, consider, be cunning, diligently, direct, discern, eloquent, feel, inform, instruct, have intelligence, know, look well to, mark, perceive, be prudent, regard, skillful, can skill, teach, think, understand, make to understand, understanding, cause understanding, get understanding, give understanding, have understanding, view, wise, wise man, deal wisely’] THE PROPHETIC SPIRIT OF GOD. It is through the spirit of understanding that wisdom applies knowledge, moving us from what we need to know and do, to how we can know and how to do. It is the foundation of wisdom and knowledge, as in Proverbs 24:2, by understanding a house is established. Understanding supplies discretion and keeps us in the right paths {Proverbs 2:10-11}.

“For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.” (Colossians 1:9).

“Give therefore your servant an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and bad …” (1 Kings 3:9).

“Good understanding gives favor …” (Proverbs 13:15).

4 – The spirit of counsel – the spirit of advice, plans, and purpose [Heb: ‘Advice; by implication plan; also prudence:–advice, advisement, counsel, + counselor, purpose. To advise; reflexively to deliberate or resolve:–advertise, take advice, advise, advise well, consult, counsel, give counsel, take counsel, counselor, determine, devise, guide purpose’] THE PASTORAL SPIRIT OF GOD “Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out” – Proverbs 20:5 … God has pre-wired man with purpose and plans. God the Father will use one another to sharpen, and to help summon the potential within us. It is latent, and at times unrealized in expectation. According to WISDOM, “counsel is MINE, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.” Proverbs 8:14 … whew, speaking in tongues at this moment … lol …

“Where no counsel [steerage, guidance, and plans] is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” (Proverbs 8:14).

“Without counsel [company of persons in close deliberation, intimacy, consultation] purposes are disappointed [to break up or asunder, to frustrate, make void]: but in the multitude of counselors they are established.” (Proverbs 15:22).

“Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that you may be wise in your latter end.” (Proverbs 19:20) {verse 21}

5 – The spirit of Might – the implication of God’s power and strength, His ability or our response – to HIS ability [Heb: ‘Force (literal or figurative); by implication valor, victory:–force, mastery, might, mighty, mighty act, mighty power, power, strength. Powerful; by implication warrior, tyrant:-champion, chief, × excel, giant, man, mighty, mighty man, mighty one, strong, strong man, valiant man’] THE SPIRITUAL ANOINTING AND POWER OF GOD – AKA THE EVANGELISTIC SPIRIT OF GOD:

The spirit of might is the Lord, inherent and in divine endowment … {Daniel 11:32} – “But the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.” This too, is in the marketplace. Wisdom accompanies any action of the Spirit, as one of the ways we are changing our world is in serving it. {Oops, did we say that? Yes, in serving – as David behaved himself wisely in the company of {1 Samuel 18:5, 15} Saul or Soul – smile.}

Our methods and our motives are one and the same. We do not merely perform, but are led by HIS Spirit into a divine intention and divine interaction. We do not rally to get results through human merit or in selfish appeal, but seek to trust, obey, and to please HIM, who is ALL-2-gether Lovely. A results oriented person from conventional thinking alone dwells on a shaky foundation. We don’t perform the tricks of the trade. Rather, we follow the Lamb wherever He is going. The greatest move of power comes through the purity of the Finished Work of the cross. We don’t rejoice for having power over the works of darkness, but we rejoice that we are the Lord’s. We don’t place emphasis on who is the greatest in the Kingdom, but we surely and sincerely put our hope in the Lord. All demonstration ministry is nestled in the character and wisdom of God. Yes, Christ is the Power of God, and Yes, he is the WISDOM of God. We build on the Lamb before the Lion, as both dimensions are resident within us in inseparable oneness of HIS purpose …

“His seed shall be mighty upon the earth …” (Psalms 112:2).

“One generation shall declare your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” (Psalms 145:4). {generational blessings}

“To make known to the sons of men HIS mighty acts …” (Psalms 145:12). {manifested sons – Romans 8:19-27}

“Praise Him for His acts …” (Psalms 150:2). {we learn of HIS acts for we like Mary at the feet of Jesus} knows of HIS ways

“Behold I give unto you Power … over all of the power of the enemy …” (Luke 10:19). {Exousia and authority over all of the enemy’s limited abilities}

“Through mighty signs and wonders …” (Romans 15:19). {Ah, fully preaching Christ, more than itinerary, but the utilization of all gifts, manifestations, and divine designs in whatever WAY {John 14:6}

“In signs and wonders, and mighty deeds …” (2 Corinthians 12:12). {First, in all patience, signs or signature of apostles}

6 – The Spirit of Knowledge – cunning, imagination, creating a challenge by putting knowledge to the test, spiritual knowledge in a material world, creativity for craftsmanship, workmanship, patent products, texture and tangible things [Heb: ‘Knowledge:–cunning, + ignorantly, know, knowledge, + unawares, + wittingly. To know (properly to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figurative, literal, euphemistic and inferencial (including observation, care, recognition; and causatively instruction, designation):–acknowledge, acquaintance, acquainted with, be diligent, discern, can discern, cause to discern, discover, endued with, familiar friend, instruct, kinsfolk, kinsman, know, cause to know, let know, make know, knowledge, come to give knowledge, have knowledge, take knowledge, + have knowledge, be known, make known, make to be known, make self known, + be learned’] THE TEACHING SPIRIT OF GOD. It is knowledge in the Spirit, revelation knowledge, perceiving and knowing without any prior knowledge, nor deriving from any known facts. It is knowledge that is interpenetrating, initiating, integrating, interfacing, and interlinking … Ah, MARKETPLACE Ministry, Workforce Anointing! The saints possessing the Kingdom, and the Kingdom being the real world …

“Them has he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroider, in blue, and purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work.” (Exodus 35:35).

“Moreover there are workmen with you in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning [intelligent, artful, skillful] men for every manner of work [notice the word “every and manner”].” (1 Chronicles 22:15).

“And king Solomon sent and fetched Hiram [Huram] out of Tyre … a worker in brass, and he was filled with wisdom, and understanding, and cunning to work all works of brass …” (1 Kings 7:14).

“And you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and from, and knowledge shall be increased.” (Daniel 12:4).

“So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto your soul: when you have found it, then there shall be a reward, and your expectation shall not be cut off.” (Proverbs 24:14).

“The Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the [intimate] knowledge of Him …” (Ephesians 1:17).

7 – The spirit of the Fear {reverence} of the Lord – a moral characteristic and in another respect, the right motivation and divine drive in LIFE [Heb: ‘Fear (also used as infinitive); morally reverence:–× dreadful, × exceedingly, fear, fearfulness. Fearing; morally reverent:–afraid, fear, fearful’] THE FEAR, WORSHIP, RESPECT, & FAVOR OF GOD’S SPIRIT. For there are basically three levels of motivation.

  1. One is External Motivation, the cheapest and most lower form of motivation, where your stimuli is drawn from external factors; as a kid cleaning up your bedroom for $20.00 a day bribe, or pouting and crying to get your way in the marriage {intimidation and manipulation which leads to domination}. Living externally in mere human existenz … {no misspelling here} …
  2. Second, there is Internal Motivation, in which you may be quiet and alone, but maintain solid wholesome integrity as if others were in the same room with you. You would do the right thing, whether no one sees you or not. You would make choices from the internal, and not merely from the external or exterior dimension.
  3. And third, there is Eternal Motivation, where your overall life management and daily progression is focused on the eternal weight of things, the fullness of the Lord, as oppose to being locked in on temporal existence. Your sole motivation here is to please God no matter what, as this does not change, regardless of passing periods of time. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18; 5:1-8. Your motivation is Him. Revelation 4:11

“Holy and Reverend is HIS name [not ours] …” (Psalms 111:9).

“The fear of the Lord is to hate evil …” (Psalms 8:13).

“The fear of the Lord prolongs days …” (Proverbs 10:24).

“The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.” (Proverbs 14:27).

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole [duty] of man … the WHOLE MAN …” (Ecclesiastes 12:13).

The Reverential awe, respect, and fear of the Lord is certainly a way of LIFE. According to scripture the “Fear of the Lord” is the beginning of wisdom, another passages the beginning of knowledge. Revelation and Wisdom is rooted in the fear of the Lord, worship, accreditation, acknowledgement, esteeming the Lord.

These 7 spirits is the 7-fold manifestation and work of the Lord in bringing us into maturity and perfection [Hebrews 6:1 “Let us go unto PERFECTION” – the 7th -fold foundation of Hebrews 6:1-2} and also into the full operation of the Spirit we are given for in the earth in Being and DOING, for Doing comes out of Being … BE YE, for I AM!!!

According to the book of Revelation or Revolution 5:6 …

“And I beheld and lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns [Unlimited Power] and seven eyes [Unlimited Vision], which are the SEVEN Spirits of God sent [notice the word for sent] into ALL of the earth.”

In all of the earth … What a powerful statement. God’s desire, design, and operation is taking shape in all spheres of the earth, not alone on Sunday Morning between the hours of 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM …

In closing, consider again reviewing Isaiah 11:1-3, and particularly verse 3 … For Christ is the pattern son here, and all that Christ is, we are, or as we say in our schools and training centers, ONE-der-ful!

Christ exalted is not alone exalted over the church, but over the whole earth. According to Isaiah 6, the Whole earth is full of HIS Glory, and in Psalms 24:1, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein. So once again, review verse three below and compare …

{Because these 7-spirits are upon the Branch Man} – “And shall; make Him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord, and He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of His ears.”

I sincerely appreciate present truth that the 7 Spirits of God are sent forth into all the earth, and is centered in the Christ, divinely endowed and imbued with the Spirit, but not for Himself. May this 7-fold empowerment propel and launch you to influence others in the same Spirit that was upon the Branch man, the true vine, become life through the branches {corporate saints} as we are not here to fit but to change our world through dominion. In the fullness of the stem of Jesse, {Isaiah 11:1}, apostolic blessings! You are highly flavored of the Lord!
